  3. Get a Refund or Store Credit: We’ll provide a full refund or store credit minus shipping
    and handling, helping you to find a better match, no questions asked.

Important Information:

  • Refunds are typically processed 3–4 business days after we receive your return. If you provide the tracking number of the returned package, we can issue your credit within 3-4 business days.

For Missing or Refused Packages:

  • If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please allow 3-5 business days for us to file a claim with the carrier before we can send a replacement.
  • Packages that are refused or marked undeliverable will be refunded in full, minus

Damaged, Missing, or Defective Items:
